Guests can check their points balance on your storefront and redeem rewards at checkout. Here is what they do so you can answer the question when they ask.
Checking a balance
Guests look up their rewards on your storefront using the email they order with. They get a short code to confirm it is them, then see their points.
Their balance is tied to your restaurant, so it reflects the orders they placed with you.
Redeeming a reward
At checkout, guests with enough points can apply a reward you set up, and the discount comes off their order.
It all happens on your branded storefront, so the loyalty stays yours.
