Terms of Service

These terms govern use of AxioTab, operated by Axiosware LLC. By creating an account or placing an order through an AxioTab-powered storefront, you agree to them.

The service

AxioTab provides white-label online ordering, dine-in QR ordering, loyalty, and point-of-sale software for restaurants. Restaurants are independent businesses: the restaurant (not AxioTab) prepares your food, sets menu prices and taxes, and is the merchant of record for your order. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Restaurant accounts

Restaurant plans are billed monthly per active location via the card on file, starting the day your storefront launches, at the monthly price of your chosen plan as disclosed during onboarding and on the pricing page. Launch adds a 3% platform fee per order; Pro adds 0%. The fee is deducted from restaurant proceeds through Stripe Connect, calculated on the food subtotal after discounts, excluding tax, tips, delivery fees, and service charges. It applies to website, native app, table, and counter QR orders. Stripe processing fees apply separately on both plans. Adding or deactivating a location adjusts your subscription on a prorated basis. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future monthly charges at the end of the current billing period. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, allergen information, and tax configuration, and for complying with applicable food-service laws.

*Card payments are processed on your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard processing rates (currently about 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card transaction). Processing fees are charged by the payment processor, not AxioTab, apply on every plan, and may change per Stripe’s pricing.

Native customer apps and developer accounts

Launch is $199 per active location per month and Pro is $299 per active location per month. Pro retains its marketing and reporting features. Both plans include restaurant-branded iOS and Android apps when available, published through the restaurant's own developer accounts, and guided account setup with progress tracking.

Your restaurant-branded iOS and Android apps are included in both plans, coming soon and not available yet. Your ordering website and installable web app can launch now. Your AxioTab subscription starts when your ordering website goes live. Native app publication is separate and does not delay website launch or subscription billing.

On both plans, your restaurant owns its Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts and pays Apple $99 USD per year and Google $25 USD once, directly to each provider. These fees are separate from your AxioTab subscription; local pricing and provider fees may change.

The restaurant remains the account holder and publisher for its branded app and is responsible for maintaining its developer memberships, completing verification, accepting platform agreements, and granting Axiosware the access needed to assist. Guided account setup is available now on both plans. We assist with app submission when native apps are available. Publication depends on account verification and Apple and Google review; no release date is promised.

Refunds & disputes

Refunds for food orders are issued by the restaurant through the platform. Card disputes are handled through Stripe.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no interference with the service, no attempts to access other tenants’ data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for diners or other restaurants.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiosware LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
