Terms of Service

These terms govern use of AxioTab, operated by Axiosware LLC. By creating an account or placing an order through an AxioTab-powered storefront, you agree to them.
The service
AxioTab provides white-label online ordering, dine-in QR ordering, loyalty, and point-of-sale software for restaurants. Restaurants are independent businesses: the restaurant (not AxioTab) prepares your food, sets menu prices and taxes, and is the merchant of record for your order. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Restaurant accounts
Restaurant plans are billed monthly per active location via the card on file, starting the day your storefront launches, plus the per-order platform fee of your chosen plan as disclosed during onboarding and on the pricing page. Adding or deactivating a location adjusts your subscription on a prorated basis. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future monthly charges at the end of the current billing period. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, allergen information, and tax configuration, and for complying with applicable food-service laws.
*Card payments are processed on your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard processing rates (currently about 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card transaction). Processing fees are charged by the payment processor, not AxioTab, apply on every plan including plans with 0% AxioTab platform fees, and may change per Stripe’s pricing.
Refunds & disputes
Refunds for food orders are issued by the restaurant through the platform. Card disputes are handled through Stripe.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no interference with the service, no attempts to access other tenants’ data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for diners or other restaurants.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiosware LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
