Every active location is your plan’s monthly price. Turn a new one on mid-month and it is prorated from that day, so you only pay for the days it is actually live. There is no new contract to sign and no renegotiation. Each location keeps its own menu, hours, and fulfillment settings, and there are no per-order platform fees at any of them.

Most restaurants start on Launch and upgrade once direct orders pick up. Pro pays for itself when its AI-written win-back and birthday offers bring back a handful of extra orders a month. You can change plans by contacting us; there are no contracts either way.
Yes. Share a link to your current menu, or a photo, PDF, or spreadsheet, and we build and publish your whole menu for you with AI, included in the flat price at no extra charge. You can also build or edit your menu by hand any time.
You pay nothing until you are live and taking orders. Set everything up for free, and the clock only starts once your storefront is open. A card is required at launch.
Payments run on your own Stripe account, so standard card processing (about 2.9% + $0.30 per order) applies, the same as any card you take today. That fee goes to Stripe, not AxioTab: your plan's flat monthly price is the only thing AxioTab charges. If you prefer, you can turn on an optional service fee so diners cover processing.
Not through AxioTab. Every order is paid by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay on your own Stripe account, walk-ins included: the counter rings the ticket and the guest scans a code to pay on their own phone. There is no cash drawer, no till count, and no cash figure in any report. Cash you take outside AxioTab is invisible to the platform and appears in no AxioTab report, so you would reconcile it yourself. AxioTab adds no platform fee to any order, whether the guest ordered on your site or at your counter.

No. The kitchen tablet app runs on any modern Android tablet, so there is no proprietary hardware to lease or buy. Mount a tablet, install the app, and you are set.
Yes. The AxioTab tablet runs alongside whatever POS you use today. Online and QR orders show up on the tablet, and your in-house workflow stays exactly as it is.
