You can deliver orders yourself and keep the whole relationship, or use on-demand dispatch for the miles you cannot cover. Either way it is your storefront and your guest.
Self-delivery
Turn on delivery and set your zone by radius or area, plus a delivery fee and a minimum order if you want one.
Your own drivers deliver, and you keep the margin instead of handing a marketplace up to 30% of the order.
DoorDash Drive dispatch
For orders outside what your team can run, DoorDash Drive dispatch hands the delivery to a driver on demand while the order stays on your storefront and your brand.
Drive dispatch is a capability we enable per account, so ask us to switch it on if you want it. It is not wired on by default.
